I have made 3 attemps at getting my prescriptions from them. at first I got a LL then they said to fax it to them and came up with an excuse, so I faxed them a letter, got another LL, again they said fax LL to them, I live miles from town and have no fax machine at home but I went and faxed a 3rd time and still the same. nothing ever came. this time they said it may be due to the country they are in becuase of american security issues and they "according to americans, have al-quida, associtations. they apologized. but still did not recive or get refund. I am told this is not happen to everyone so maybe selective would be the best word for them. just my experince.

I'm sorry to hear this. I had one experience with them, and it went thru ok. However, I've heard of a few others like you that had the same experience that you did. I think I just got lucky...... Yea, apparently they are whats known as selective scammers. I would continue to try to get your refund. Insist that you did everything that they asked (many times over) and still have no refund nor product. Would definitely also mention that you are a member here and other boards and it's not good practice to just scam peeps because everyone on the "boards" wants to know about it. U know what you might wanna do-- is get a program called e-fax, they allow you to fax online docs (like email) that way u could fax them right from your computer. I think that the first one is free then there may be a fee after that- but it's worth looking into. I was in need of a fax and didn't have one, used E-fax, and it was great. I haven't signed up yet- but i plan to cuz when u need a fax it's really worth it.....
