Can anyone recommend a US pharmacy that has lower prices. All the reasearch I have done so far shows the overseas and Canadian pharmacies are way cheaper than the same product on US pharmacies. Is anyone using a US pharmacy that has the same sort of pricing as the overseas pharmacies. I would prefer to use a US pharmacy but I need to get lower prices.

You will not be able to find any genuine US pharmacies that are cheaper than those overseas for brand name drugs. The US pharmaceutical "system" means that most if not all patented products (i.e. new) are going to be more expensive here than anywhere else in the world. Its a different story for generics though. Often US marketed generics are as cheap as you will get anywhere.

If you are buying overseas is probably safer to buy from genuine Canadian pharmacy. Although recently published investigations have shown that most online "Canadian" pharmacies are located in other countries anyway. They offer some Canadian products but that does not mean they are located in Canada.

The best of the US online pharmacies is http://www.Drugstore.com. I can't give a single recommendation for off shore pharmacies because it does depend on the product you want to buy. In different countries you can buy exactly the same product at quite different prices. You need to do some reasearch and then make sure the pharmacy you intend to use is legitimate. Ring them up, ask for proof of their existence and verify the quality of the product you are buying. Only every use a pharmacy that has been verified in some way. VIPPS for the USA, CIPA for Canada, Pharmacy Checker for any others. Don't buy from any online pharmacy that doesn't have one of these seals.

You are right - overseas online pharmacies have much better prices for most products compared to US pharmacies - my research has shown the same conclusion. A reputable online US pharmacy I have checked out before is Drugstore.com but their pricing just doesnt compare with many international online pharmacies. The important thing is to find an online pharmacy that you can trust, one that gaurantees their service and that has quality checks in place to ensure that the quality of product you receive is good.

I have an association with an online pharmacy which is run out of Australia but uses pharmacies in various countries around the world. I am happy to supply the URL if anyone wants it.

Agreed on the overseas pricing, fer sure! However, there are tonz of them, but it really depends upon which product you are looking for- some are better for one thing, and some for others. Of course there are ROP's and NROP's (which are -generally speaking- not so reputable) If you have a script for something and are looking for better pricing, you'd def do better with one of the more well-known places. If you are looking for something for which you do NOT have a script- thats where it can get dicey. It's always best to check with friends, and see who's up and running and that type of thing.

I just posted my review for an international pharmacy in the other forum, but I live in the USA and was able to purchase through them so maybe it's an option as well.
