Payment
We request an administration fee of $100 per month per online pharmacy for the right to have a sticky thread created. This helps us with our finances towards the hosting, upgrades, maintenance, promotion of the forum and general time & effort invested.

Forum Etiquette
It's important for all online pharmacy reps to uphold good etiquette on the forums. After all, it is your reputation at stake so we advise that you take all compliments with a smile and all criticisms and complaints with care. Any negative reviews posted by users should be investigated properly on your end to ensure:

a) Whether it is legitimate, and if so
b) Resolve the matter to the customer's satisfaction

You shouldn't under estimate the positive effects of resolving a problem, especially a problem that has been brought up to the public. It can often be a great chance to display the customer service level of your online pharmacy. No business has 100% satisfied customers.

Advertising & Promotional Offers
We allow and encourage online pharmacies to provide the community with special offers. We do not want the forum to turn into an advertising board, so we allow 1 offer per online pharmacy every fortnight.
